You mean a 180 skid? On a fixie? This isnt too hard. Start with either bullhorn or riser bars, and lean forward, pressing against the bars when u skid. The idea is less weight on the rear wheel will have less drag, less resistance so u can turn it quicker. Also when u skid push with yer rear foot near the end more, this can extend yer turn too. But use fully inflated tires for best effect, they skid further. Beware, a lot of lateral skids can throw yer rim out of true.
