If you (collectively or individually) and I are to have anything to do with one another, I am going to have to authenticate you. If you want to log in with PAM, you must be authentic! Please take the time to tell me a little bit about yourself, and I will combine it with what I already know about you in order to decide whether to grant you access to PAM. Hello PAM! I'm Nicole. Maybe you already knew that! =) What can one expect once they have been authenticated? Will they receive a copy of their authentication report? Can I be sure that my information will not be sold? I did my first cyclocross race this season, and this professional mountain biker took pity on me for being a n00b and trying really really hard on a shitty bike and getting close to last place. The course was dry, but he told me that if I ever race on a muddy course, spray my bike down with PAM so the mud doesn't cling to it. It was the equivalent of him saying "you are pathetic but inspring," so I knew the words he spoke were true. That was some authentic advice. I think we felt a lot of mutual respect. It was the first time I ever saw someone with a "keep Tahoe blue" sticker and didn't feel the impulse to mock them.

It's kind of a catch-22 situation. You can only know what's going on if you've been authenticated, and you can only be authenticated if you know what's going on.
That being said, I can only guess at what's going on so I am not authenticated, so I don't really know what's going on.

I have heard such great things about you, PAM. Ohohoh AND I worship Bike God. And I also like printing, not only developing. Sorry PAM, sometimes I have too much to say but nothing at all, and then sometimes words fly out of my mouth when I wish they flew when the other ones flew. Or I wish they never flew at all. See, there I go again.

Hi, PAM.
It appears it's been about two years since your last authentication. I've never been authenticated and have been using a guest login for the past two years. I currently have limited access with this guest login and am interested in being granted more user privileges.
I thus submit the following request for full authentication.
I maintain computers and computer networks at work and am thus no stranger to your type. I ride my bike to work and have been participating in this thing called "bike cullture" since my first LACM in '08. But, you must know this PAM; I'm sure. What you might not know though is that I dabble in cooking and can make a decent piroshki.
You might be asking, why ask for authentication now after 2 years? Well, there's only so much I can do with the guest login I am using and, to be honest PAM, this is more of a rites of passage to me. Not a rites of passage in the sense of promotion or maturity, but more like being introduced to a new chapter in my own ongoing "bike adventure".
I am hoping that being granted access to your extensive database will help me best plot my course as well as allow me to add what I can to the database and hopefully help others to seek and enjoy theirs too.
PAM will you please authenticate me?

Oops, I mean, is "Authentication" still going on? If so I'd like to be authenticated immediately as I have plans that will be taking me south of the border and do not want any issues trying to return.
