Will anyone actually come?
reply
It does happen every month. With at least a good 30-40 people.

Actually, what I'd like to know is how receptive people would be to moving the start time up to 7:30 or even 7:00. Anyone?

Because I always felt like it met oddly late for a CM, and now I'm theone posting, so I can actually change it. But I won't change it if it'll mess things up/cause drama.

I'll just change mine.
Tell me what to change.

I also want to hear a consensus from the ride's regulars before I change anything.

SFVCM is the name of the monthly critical mass in SFV... so I thought you were talking about that and i am certain that's what danya is talking about.

HAHAHAHAHA. Misunderstanding for the win!
That was AMAZING.
The only change I would suggest- just ride all the way to Tang's. it's not that hard! You'd be going up the easy side of Cahuenga, and the Valley Ridazz are tough.

what about critical mass? i am so disappointed by this thread.

The reason for the 8pm start time for SFV Critical Mass was because so many of the original people who would go on it couldn't get there until 8pm.
This was when there wasn't but a few rides here and there in the SFV. Getting as many people to participate was important in the original planning. I haven't been to the SFV critical mass in over a year. I have no idea who goes and what time would be good. Actually time of 5:30 or 6:00pm would be proper for Critical Mass, but I think it would be unrealistic to get many people in the valley for the ride at that time. People school and work all over the city.
Do whatever time you folks that go on the ride think would work best. If it doesn't work out with a new time if you decide to do, then you could always change it back. It is good to keep a consistent time for a monthly ride like that.

Exactly sexy, that's why I wanted to ask. I think I'll talk to people on this month's ride before making any decisions.

whatever you do, make sure it is a consensus of those that go all the time and continue to plan on going all the time. Those would be the people that are the back bone of the ride

We'er all meeting up and crowding up the subway.
uh, did you guys wanna bust chuenga?
rayrayray03.21.09 - 1:48 pm
reply
Fuck the subway, I want Cahuenga!
Why crowd the Subway just to get off in two stops anyways? Cahuenga take like 20 minutes to get over from NoHo.
&&sexy, we're all in separate gangs. I'm in the Moz Gang, but I might have to defect to the Miserably-Sick-With-A-Nasty-Headcold Gang.
