Things have become awfully predictable lately, have they not? Well, let's do something about it right now! I made this thread so that you can surprise me, and I'm looking for a certain kind of surprise. Say something nice about another rida whom nobody would expect you to compliment. Maybe it's because you don't know them, or you don't usually get along, or you just feel awkward giving compliments. It's okay! We can all be awkward together! I mean, more awkward than usual! Ha, ha, ha! Who wants to start?
I am enormously grateful to the ride leaders that provide route maps / cell phone numbers / twitter feeds, etc.
It makes a ride A MILLION TIMES better when you know if you stop to help a rider with a flat or a thrown chain or whatever that you'll be able to figure out where they're headed next.
I am grateful too, but that is no surprise! Come on, surprise me! Who have you always wanted to praise, but couldn't bring yourself to do it? Now is your chance!
That was very authentic of user "rayrayray" to offer such a sweet compliment in public. Let us give him three cheers! That's one cheer for each ray! Ha, ha, ha!
I accept your apology. One day you'll realize how lucky you are to have me as a friend. Especially when the doors of my house are open to you anytime when you're stumbling around, not just because you like my photography.
I do realize you are probably my greatest friend. If not for you, I would probably be at raves or some stupid greaser show. Your photos are amazing and my greatest inspiration. The list goes on...
I don't really know everyone here yet, but I just wanted to say that...when I'm on a ride, it's a pleasant surprise how friendly and welcoming everyone is. As someone who's always felt like an outcast, it's a real relief to find somewhere where I feel like I can belong.
