We'll be meeting at Hollenbeck Park at 11am, rolling out by Noon. We're gonna ride from Hollenbeck to MacArthur Park and back.

Hey guys, Were going to meet at the shop (11223 Magnolia Boulevard, North Hollywood) at around 6:00 P.M., planning on leaving around 6:30. From there were headed to the Royal T for the screening and release party of To Live and Ride! The first film soley focused on fixed gear bicycles. Head through Downtown LA, up through Chinatown, along the LA River Bike Path, over to Silver Lake

Free Massage Therapy for K-town Ridazz!

We all know about the people in the hospital from the events of last Wednesday. They are getting the care they need to get rolling again.
This event is designed for those that walked home with bumps, bruises and general soreness.
Come to the Bike Oven on Friday between 6:30 and 9:30 for free massage therapy from a CMT (possibly a chiropractor as well.) If you have seen a doctor or have a diagnosis, please bring this with you, otherwise just point to where it hurts.

 Meet at Wilshire and Vermont Farmer's Market 2:30.
Collect food
Leave 3:00 and ride around handing out food.
Bring food if you have a source of free vegetarian food to hand out. Clean bags are also always needed to
hand out the food. People also appreciate cloths, soap, makeup or any other things you think people need.
Some times the ride goes and cooks some where, but usually we distribute the fruit and vegetables at Mac
Aurthur Park.
No rider left hungry.
