Cyclists get ticketed, LBPD goes after everybody!!!

Pulled a trailer out of the Cal Cartage yard there around 5PM.
As I cross over the 103, a LBPD SUV flips on the code-3s and pulls me over right after the bridge.

I get cited for leaking oil and medical card being invalid.

The first is a minor issue and enough to light a fire under the ass of the guy that owns this truck.
Kind of the reason why I can't wait to get back into a larger-scale company. See Swift.

The second one, I'll have to go to the DMV and see what happened to the medical-card paperwork I turned into the Montebello DMV on the 4th of last month.
I'm wondering if the paperwork even got up North at all, being the DMV employees going all Che-fuckin' Guevara on our asses and closing up shop early.

Luckily, I was told I have until December to fix this shit, but I'm going to get started Monday.

If anything needs to be hauled, it'll have to wait until I'm done with the medical card issue first.

So, in a way, it's not only LBPD I'm steaming about, it's small-companies being slow-headed, and DMV employees being themselves.
