What, an "S" w/ no cape?!?
For anyone that doesn't know what Dub Club is all about all I have to say is that's it's the most consistently fun dance night in the whole city. If you like dub reggae, that is... Hell, even if you don't, you should still give it a try, it may seduce you.
The $5 cover is definitely worth it, and there will be no waiting in line. Afterwards, grimey tacos from the nearby cart. Plans made.

This club used to be cool before they started acting like douchebags and kicking out the people who smoked herb on the out side patio even though they used to be known for that type of spot sheez thats like 80% of there regular crowd. The secruity guards give u two choices either u give them ur herb or kick rocks.... People can get in free if u get on the guest list fuck paying 5 bucks

I think the Echo/plex grew up and had to hire "real" security.
I have had my had my share of encounters with security douchebaggery at the Echo. The F-yeah Fest was like the F-You fest and I was one of the Djs ... I can't imagine how the kids attending were treated.
but I digress.
Dub Club rocks.
I haven't been in a while, but it always rocks.
My next 2 wednsdays are spoken for. But some day soon it would be cool to roll with teh Dub Club Ridazz.

pay your $5 and support the DJs who have been bringing LA dub beats for 5+ years.
pound a tallcan and smoke a joint before going in, if you need to save money, instead of trying to get in for free then paying the bar $6 for a beer.

I have a question do any of the people who are doing this ride have any relations with the Dub Club either work for or have worked for or have friends that work for the dub club?? Im just curious....

I personally don't know anyone there. It's simply the most fun I've had on an LA dancefloor for the past 4 yrs.
Santa Monica blows, so I would rather ride 15+ miles and enjoy some dope beats for a few hrs. On a totally unrelated note, fuck Zanzibar and their $12 cover and overpriced refreshments.

Trust me when i say LOCK UP YOUR BIKES in that area of echo park, it happens to be high rate jackings...and dont use no freaking cable lock thats exactly what they are waiting for..
