I'm guessing this relates to the same thread of running the red light and getting hit? Could be wrong. If so, sorry to hear, yo. Hope it's nothing major. I know I've blown my fair share of reds and also watched people running them and thinking, "Holy crap, please don't die, please don't die."

The homeboy hit a car that was pulling out. He said he was going to fast and crashed into it.He went over the car and landed on the front of the car.Minor bumbs and scrapes from what he was telling me.He just fucked up his handle bars from his bike. He'll be up and running soon, nothing cant stop fucking Kiko.

In an incident like that, a car pulling out in front of you and you not being able to stop, who is at fault? I would think the car driver is at fault, but who knows what sort of spin the cops and insurance company will put on it.

Anyone deal with this before, as far as police/insurance/medical care is concerned?
