we were looking at the possibilities and we were think a stretch of the 210 starting at grand avenue in glendora, and heading east. Then down the 57 south and exiting either arrow highway or covina blvd. the whole thing is about 4 miles. it should be too bad for going down hill at all.
i'm pretty sure that a search warrant of some sort is required for the legal intercept / surveillance of email messages. so yes user1 while el popito does have email he won't be reading "ours" unless we send it directly to him.
