its 20 bucks
i dont carry a bag.
i think its just easier to do it this way.
20 bucks for peace of mind is worth it in my opinion.

I've had one for a couple of years. It's a good thing to have if you have specific conditions. I wear it on rides I know for a fact I'll be by myself on long stretches. Imagine you go over the bars ad are knocked out cold. Yor wallet and phone go flying out your back pocket. What's left? Without it the emts wontknow if it's ok to give you penicilin or if you nee insulin. The new ones now have uploadable med records. Pretty nice!

Thanks for posting this. I was thinking about getting one & I'm actually interested in hearing anyone else's thoughts on it too. It seems pretty useful (especially the downloadable EMT records)...

I copied my driver's license, wrote pertinent info on the blank back and laminated it.
Stick it in a pocket, or even your spokes!

i was thinking about the card thing and just keeping it on me but i tend to forget bringing important thigns with me.
also, i doubt emt/paramedics will check your spokes for info.
