these people should have taken the lane! anyone know if this videographer pressed charges?
sometimes i want a gopro for situations like this, but usually my responses are less than legal.
the other week a prius tried to right hook/merge into me on the venice bike lane in stand still traffic at rush hour and for the first time in my life i was able to successfully grab my water bottle and shoot the passenger right int he face with it. it wasnt his fault but maybe his friend will think twice before trying to drive in the bike lane.
i've often wondered what would happen if i photographed or videoed obviously unsafe and illegal drivers (I can't tell you how many idiots who almost hit me are texting or on their phone without an earpiece...) what could be done if this evidence was brought to local authorities...
Anything to make drivers more aware of my mortality and the consequences of their negligence would be great.
This guy with his damn over sized gas guzzler that will never see any off-roading trying to catch the next red light. What is the rush!? He is just angry at life cause he has to waste his whole check on his car payment and probably 100 bucks of gas with each refill. Hehe......
