C'mon, 200-odd miles is a justifiable enough reason to use a car, not to mention all the detours you might have to take as opposed to staying on the 15 the whole way.
If anything, you should be directing venom towards those people that must use their cars for short-ass distances that could easily be burned up by a bicycle.

the thing is that u can make anything justifiable.
hmmm, i have to go buy groceries today and there is no way i can haul it on my bike rack and in my bag.
i think ill just drive.
the problem is that people lately only follow their principles if it fits their bill.
is this any different from ur average slacktivist?
honestly, i could care less and its not going to make me think of the folks driving to vegas as phonies or anything.
i just thought it was funny that people are driving to critical mass.

I used to think so when the rides were a neighborhood thing, but I realize now since rides happen everywhere, and the frequency of the rides are increasing it's just not possible for
everyoneto do every weekend.
More people on bikes = more bike pro people talking to non bike (car) people about how awesome bikes are = less car people that think your a drunk homeless asshole.
I want to go to Vegas now.

It was oppressively hot the 2nd time we did MR LV. Like topless, beer heating, tire popping, pool-living kinda hot. And I think it was around the same time.
I wanna do it again!!
Are we staying at Terribles again!!?? That place is the BEST!

ooOoh yeah, those drinks were the worst pre-mixed mixers I've ever had.....the Mojito tasted like Colgate (and just as thick).

You guys did see that there's rooms in Vegas for $25 yeah? OK OK so on Friday and Saturday there $79, but they still have rooms for $25!
