Hey Westsiderz...Come get your ryde on. We meet every Thursday at Wheel World in Culver City (see map below) at 8pm...ride out at 8:30pm. Rides always vary in length and destination, but one thing's for sure...we've got our choice of delicious grub when we return: Tito's, Cinco de Mayo, Johnny Pastrami, you name it. There's talk of going to Hollywood this week...?
Pace is brisk but casual with plenty of stops. We've got plenty of peeps on cruisers who keep up fine.
Teetotallers need not apply.

Teetotalism is the practice and promotion of complete (or T-total) abstinence from alcoholic beverages.
HAHA...Great vocab...Too bad Cubcamp rolls every Thursday or I'd be not-teetotalling also! Maybe on a teetoTALLbike! HAHA..i crack me up

We lost Muddy Helmut along the way, but never found him. Put the bike on the car and headed back to meet up with the ride near my house near Hollywood, but the pack were faster than my car. I saw someone almost get creamed by an insane Sunset Strip motorist. Went home and drank....

Not to cast aspersions on somebody's good effort, but it was kinda like ordering up a bucket from The Colonel and getting a bunch of turkeynecks - without any breasts or thighs

Here's the route we took. 22.2 miles. I heard someone say next week's ride is on Wednesday being Thanksgiving on Thursday.
It was a good ride. Hope to see more out next week. 14 showed up last night.

This week we ride the only way orphans can.
"The Friends of the Friendless" - we'll ride seeking out other random strangers on bikes and make them our leader! Follow them, whatever pace, until we reach their destination and voila! instant friend! Perhaps reward them with beverages, let's see what happens...

Hey,
I'm not sure what happened last night but I was there at the meeting point at 8:30, were you guys gone by then? I looked at the wrong corner, I looked at the gas station corner, but still I didn't see any bikes anywhere. You guys weren't behind a big ass SUV were you?
It wasn't a total lose though, I did go riding around Venice and SM. Stopped by the b wave shop too.
