December Critical Pass Photos on Flickr
Here's pics I took from the ride, when I get more time I'll post photos from the park stop and after party, as well as attach written captions and notes to certain photos to describe situation and point out details for those needing images for legal use, and those who are just interested.

gary dude, you should submit your favorites to TV stations and papers asap with a small summary of what happened! odds are if they want to use your pics, they'll call you up for a small interview.

What's best way to submit this sort of thing? I've never submitted photos to a news organizations before.

Go to the websites of the camera crews that were at smcm and go to LA's papers websites. Most have an email/submit media section. You can link them up and tell them your story. Email the editor and whoever else you think could have an influence on content.

HERE and see what happens. I just dropped 'em a note about last night's inanity, myself. I'm surprise I didn't get a ticket myself, heading out into the ride with my freaking blinkies not turned on and a squad car on my ass.

Seems like every photo in there had SMPD in it.
Couldn't be a cop down there myself though, too many debatable issues going on at once.
I could just picture myself down there as a future cop.........

These are great. Would you post these on SMCM.org? There's a flickr upload utility which will make it easy.
This is wonderful series of photos of Grace Denis, who represents I think a lot of what SMCM is about. Fun, not antagonistic, dignified, fun. I LOVE this photo, great eye Gary:

I finished posting the rest of the images to the
Flickr Set.
Also, hopefully a few of them might make it into weekend edition of Santa Monica Daily Press for a piece they are doing. Thanks for getting me in touch with the editor Alex.
