Thank you for your time and enthusiasm as we kick off the 2nd race of Wolfpack Hustle's 2014 Unified Title Race Series: THE CIVIC CENTER CRIT! The event itself will be taking place on Saturday, July 12th - mark your calendars.
We are excited to announce that some of the world’s premier urban cycling athletes will be at this event. Our aim is to create the SAFEST racing environment that we can so that they can perform to the best of their abilities.
As always, each volunteer will receive the following:
1. One meal voucher after your shift
2. One 2014 Wolfpack Civic Center Crit t-shirt
3. A credit in the "Thank You" list under the "Volunteer Job Title”
In order to receive these items, we ask that Volunteers help out with one shift.
Volunteer Shifts for day of the Race (please choose one):
Gern's Tuff Block Team:
9am - 10pm, coffee and breakfast in the am, two meal vouchers for all day performance. You will be on a team of 10 led by Race Course Director, Gern Trowbridge, putting the course together, keeping it up-to-par throughout the day and breakdown in the evening. There are limited spots.
Dawn Patrol Status:
Setup crew starting at 9am to 1pm, coffee and breakfast, assisting Gern's Tuff Block Team
Marshall Status, GROUP 1:
Race Marshall on the course, arrive at 3pm, on Course from 3:30pm – 5:30pm. Your position keeps the pedestrians off the course, makes sure athletes are attended to properly by EMS if they fall on course.
Marshall Status, GROUP 2:
Race Marshall on the course, arrive at 5pm, on Course from 5:30pm – 9:00pm. Your position keeps the pedestrians off the course, makes sure athletes are attended to properly by EMS if they fall on course.
Night Owl Status:
tear down/clean up crew, assisting Gern's Tuff Block Team. arrive at 8pm - off the streets by 10pm

This is the second race in the 2014 Unified Title Race Series, and we know that with all of our efforts together, no doubt, the CIVIC CENTER CRIT will be an event to remember for years to come!
