I say a possible yes to #92, maybe that would be a flip of the coin,
but prop 94-97 is definite NO in my book. I think the state should get more money if we are going to have foreigners taking advantage, of those of us, who are not bright enough to see they are being taken advantage of, by playing a game of chance, where the odds are against them.
For City of LA residents, city phone service tax is going to be eliminated
Voting yes on S will create a 9% tax on all phone services.
My advice. Don't listen to me or Marino. Read the initiatives, do the research and make your own decision.

when the gov't says "fund," you can translate that as follows:
we would like to, scratch that...we feel entitled to take your money and then proceed to manage it in a way that would make any private company retch in unison.
remember that time you found $20 on the sidewalk? it didn't matter if you spent $17 on a pog slammer destined for 24-hour obsoleteness. it didn't matter if you took the remaining $3, changed them into pennies and threw them into the local pit of despair, better known as the mall wishing fountain, hoping for a solution to a problem you couldn't define.
This is how the gov't feels when "they're funding" things.
