Lindsay Lohan was today sent back to jail to wait for a hearing set for October 22. Lindsay Lohan recently failed a drug test that was ordered by court after she was released from drug rehab.
Lindsay admitted on Twitter that she did fail the drug test:..

Update!
LOS ANGELES -- Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is out of jail after being freed late Friday night on $300,000 bail.
Lohan's release comes after one judge over-ruled another judge's order earlier Friday for the actress to spend at least 30 days behind bars.
The release on bail is granted on several conditions, including that Lohan wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet starting within 24 hours of her release.
Other conditions require Lohan Lohan from possessing any controlled substances, must refrain from drinking and must stay out of places where alcohol is primarily sold.
I'm sure she would want to thank each and every one of the riders who supported her in these troubling times.

Lindsay Lohan gets in a little bonding time with a few homeless teenagers at the Dream Center on Sunday (September 26) in Los Angeles.
The 24-year-old actress, who was just released from jail on bail earlier this weekend, visited the shelter with her mom Dina, sister Ali, and business manager Lou Taylor.
Lindsay gave autographs and took pictures with the children and families. She even gave out some purses to the girls, according to E!
She later tweeted, “What a great place The Dream Center is here in LA… had a nice time there today, it’s so important to give back. I feel blessed.”
It’s expected that Lindsay will be heading back to a rehab as early as Monday morning
