This fucking guy is really REALLY into bowel movements... Personally I don't usually have any problems cause I have a hearthy BM every single day. mostly twice a day!! I don't really need to use the Almighty Colon Cleanse.

that's fucking disgusting! sometimes though I think riding a bike makes my intestines bounce a round and gives em a good healthy n' hearthy workout. Might be why I have a BM twice a day!

How many times a day is one supposed to have a BM?
You know, the consistancy of the BM plays a lot into healthy digestion as well...

well according to this reall obsessed guy....... 1-2 times a day. and he's not talking about some pebbley rhino spike. I mean he shows photos of correct and incorrect BMs. Isn't that illegal?!

i would have to agree that my poopies get a good ol' work out from riding. They have become much stronger and well rounded since i have started commuting mainly by bike.

DUDE. This guy is on EVERY FUCKING NIGHT. He really really really feels strongingly hearthy about BOWEL MOVEMENTS. I mean... I thought I was obessed with MY bowel movements. I bet I could shit in an envelope and send it to him and he'd be hella stoked.
