stupid ass pork choppers fucked up a sick ass ride tonite in DTLA!!!!!! stupid Lapd.. they were throwing kids and there fixies in the back of there squad cars.. so much 2nd street tunnel races...

It was total bullshit on the cops part...1 kid in the tunnel and 1 kid at the end of the tunnel. both happened so fast that i really doubt the charges are legit. the kid in the tunnel was cuffed and put in the car in less than 5 minutes. Then the cops got to the end of the tunnel where we were and appeared to randomly grab one kid and put him in the car. cuffed him immediately. pics are on thee f ride photo gallery.

Trust me those kids that got busted are clean they come to Misfixed all the time, so i know. They were picked at random.
the only thing i can think the cops had on them was curfew.

i was standing next to Barley when the second kid go arrested. They didn't even search him the cop just grabbed him took him off his bike and put the cuffs on him, popped the trunk and threw his bike in.

Someone yelled out Cop watch ... It happened so fast .... it doesn't make any sense one minute they were cool then out of nowhere they just had that kid cuffed and his bike in the trunk .... If he didn't want us to race he should have said so and we would have left ... such BS

yea i was really confused why ther stopped and arrested the kid.. he was fine about.. whatever..
when the cops pulled up at the end at the end of the tunnel everyone pretty much took off.. i think someone should of asked the cops what the guy was charged for.. everyone pretty much scattered off from then..

I yelled out "gangbangers with badges" because that's how they acted… they just rolled up and starting intmidating everyone. Just because they wanted to flex their power to fuck with us. Fuck the police. Especially that fat cop who looked like he ate two of his co-workers.....

Why you still racing in the tunnels? We got away with it once, Wolfpack Drag Race but got shutdown the second time. I guess impromptu races are fine but the cops seem to shutdown bigger races. Find another venue, there's tons of them.

If you want to test a cop on your "rights" and you wanaa do it infront of a crowd you might be going to jail for a couple hours so remember that.Yelling shit like "cop watch" is like waving red infront of a bull.mostly likely they will try to charge you with obstructing justice for yelling shit like that

Ya fucking rebels...those who got arrested were juveniles on curfew...or perhaps disobey the rules..red = stop, yellow = slow down, green = go, if you're a ninja cyclist then you know what's good/up...most of you know how an intoxicated person looks/acts...well so as the lapd...too many juveniles drinking nowadays...adults = responsibility, we aren't there to babysit, but if anyone got a difficulty problem with their bicycle that goes with a flat, chain collapsed, loose stem,saddle,post, w/e then were there...most importantly ride with a friend,homie,homeboy,pal,Co worker well with someone you know that has your back and will never back down....RIDE SAFELY

i was the first one to get arrested that night, i got arrested in the tunnel!!
they took me to the station called my parents to pick me up and gave me a ticket for curfew, no front light(which i went to buy), and no helmet,, the fat cop was actually cool at the station but he was being a kinda ruff in the street luckily he didn't take my bike away like he said he was gonna do. o'well i got a tickett.. i don't care im a rider for lifeeeeeee.!!!!!!!

Seriously guys. You expect to shut down 2nd street tunnel for a race (or several races) and the thought you might get busted didn't cross your mind?

We didn't shut anything down! In fact the cops were fine with us being there, as there was nothing illegal about riding your bikes fast down streets.
