I was thinking of getting out Shady. I'm at Pico/Sepulveda.
And BRW is open til 10p. What did you have in mind?

I was thinking meet up at 9:30. I'm at Rose and 6th, but bikerowave seems like a good meeting point- it might attract others.

well, i'm game for almost anything. will we have a destination? or just roam the westside? its all good for me. i'll see if my other friend might join us.

And not that we have to do this, but if anyone was interested we could always ride to Sawtelle and Olympic for $2 conveyer belt sushi. (some of it is a little more) but its fun and cheap for those interested. If not, we can head back towards the beach. Its all good!

I dunno, I'm working late-ish and some company on the ride home to Silver Lake would be cool. Don't mean to hijack your ride if you guyz were intent on staying Wesside.

ehh no east side for me. That might be just too far. I'm mgreat for like 20 miles and after that its just too much for me at this time.

I saw you and whatshisface riding E/B on Venice on Sunday night.
I hollered and wondered where you and the 10-15 units of fixed gear were being dispatched to.
As for me, I had to catch a bus on back Montebello to pick up a trailer from the railyard back to Victimville.

Sorry we missed you Coe. Shady and i had a really nice ride through SM (we did see a few cops in SM and Venice and were able to stop in time before we ran the lights) Went to the Venice Pier and for the first time EVER did NOT do a circle of death. Then i took Shady to the Venice Canals for the first time. Very peaceful at night. Then like a gentleman, i made sure she got home safe and sound. Then i tore up Rose and climbed those couple of fun, short hills all the way home!
Nice to do these small rides. BIG difference from Caturday.

It's nice to know that you can just call a ride an hour beforehand and have peeps to cruise with. That's what I call community!
It would do wonders for bike commuting if people could form little flash mobs to ride to and from work like this.
