I only caught the last ten minutes of it because the streaming wasn't working on my computer, but there wasn't anything said that doesn't come up on the forums every day. And due to some mysterious technical difficulty they couldn't take any calls.
That said, anyone who isn't familiar with Cyclists vs The Road in LA who heard that segment is now much more familiar with the issue.

Towards the end of the segment our favorite topic came up: the moderator / interviewer asked "what about reigning in cyclists who don't obey the law?" and combined that question with "how do you deal with road rage?" Interesting pair of questions to group together.
Dr. Thompson (I think, didn't catch the beginning introductions, I think it was Dr. Thompson...) began to answer by saying something like: when cyclists feel angry about the way motorists are driving around them, all they can do is be careful to stay alive... when motorists feel angry about the way cyclists are riding, they usually "respond with a middle finger" (his words) and as soon as he said that his phone connection mysteriously cut out and the segment ended.
I didn't think it was conspiracy, but... maybe...

No, I don't think Alex is a Doctor. You might be mixing him up with the Road Rage Mandeville Canyon Doctor. heehee. Though they do have similar photos with cops... hmmmm.

Yeah, I liked how just when they started to disagree about things and Alex was starting to name specifics WOOPS! Just happened to get cut. The thing is, it wasn't like a dropped call sorta thing where the signal went bad and then faded, or he just disappeared... there was a distinct pop like a line being disconnected while in use. So unless he was on a land line and he tripped over the cable, or his phone literally exploded and we were hearing the ignition... very convenient situation for Mowery to give the final say on the bike problem in LA w/o opposition. But whatever... guess I should be grateful we even got a radio segment...?
