If I'm dragging my ass all the way up to NO Cal, then there better be something cool going on.
Like that mass that's supposedly critical than most, or taking a rigid-hull to Alcatraz and busting out the Ouija board in death-row!!!

That if the state gets the other minimal $36 billion dollars to finishes the project. If not we as the State Of California our liable to up to 634 billion in bond debt, with a unfinished project.

I'm not a political guy as you know, and my ADD kicks in well before I get past the first paragraph in the information guide, but it sound good in the short description.
