I broke my foot on Friday. So, fuck off to all of you people who will be able to have all of the fun.

make sure you do all the rehab exercises when you are able to get back on your feet. It helps tremendously.

hope you heal quick. Maybe you can find the Salomon's Seal herb and tell us if it is as all the kids says it is.

okay, i'll do that, sexy. I thought it was a sprain, at first. But, as much as I ice it, and take tylenol....it keeps hurting more and swelling more. Looks like a trip to County USC in the near future.

@ Sexy - there's an herb shop maybe it's auervedic? on Santa Monice Blvd just west of Fairfax - or at least it was there about a year ago.. on the North side of the street. they had the powder form (which is not as good as the root but ok.) there's also a company based out of the valley that my neighbor gets stuff from - they had the tincture.. I"ll have to get the name of it..
