Well, donations seem to be drying up everywhere nowadays due to average Joes trying to stretch the rectum on their unemployment benefits.

There are still good people out there and down'n'outs worth saving, but the main consensus is quickly becoming "better them, than I".

As far as this Oral Roberts guy is concerned, some are sad that he's dead, others are probably celebrating in a strip club and getting lap-dances over it.

sounds VERY religious to me...

I think we need to start a major atheist/non-theist group to replace these "religious" groups that provide this kind of support...

instead of people saying "I'm going down to the mission for help"...they could be saying, "I'm going down to the NON mission for help"

I believe there is a God, but just one that created the Earth, Universe, and everything else, then left it to it's own devices.

So while there is a supreme being and religions to follow it begging for some kind of intervention, the man up stairs ain't going to answer.

We're on our own kids.
