20th Anniversary Ride

Happy anniversary to the “Ride On” community. Our ride began on February 27, 2004 at the Del Mor building in Echo Park, Los Angeles. Eight ridazz rode the Downtown Fountain Tour that night – two on skateboards! We refer to the first ridazz as the mamas and the papas. That eight became thousands and LA was changed for good big time by the rolling effects of this grassroots movement. Our ride is alive thanks to every rida and their amazing bike love. Our motto still remains: No Rida Left Behind!
We dedicate our anniversary ride to our friends who we have lost over the years. Ride in peace Betsy Davis (one of the mamas and the papas), Chris Henderson, Eddieboyinla, Greg King, Ivan Therrien, Jet Fuel, Kat Namey, Pedro Balugo, Pinkyracer, Raymond Chavez, Robert Johnson, Tadpole Rider, Tomatoes, User1, Vladi, and anyone else we did not name. We ride in your honor - and we miss you more than words can say. To you we sing: “And the bells ring! And the angels sing, Midnight Ridazz ride on!”
