"Number 55 occurred in Bradenton one week before Victor's death. Police tried to stop him because he didn't have a light on his bicycle. When he ran, police hit him with a Taser. He died within 35 minutes. The autopsy showed heart disease and a small amount of cocaine in his system."
"Ard would later say that he tried to stop Victor because he had seen him at a construction site and thought he may have stolen something. But witness Victor Stallworth said he saw Victor ride his bicycle past the construction site without stopping. Months later, Ard gave investigators a different reason for stopping Victor: He didn't have a light on his bike — only two reflectors."

Unfortunately my iPhone won't let me see the link, but from the italicized excerpt it sounds like what happened to my friend earlier this year. Having a badge doesn't mean they aren't murderers. I tried to find a link regarding his death but it seems that the whole town is trying to sweep it under the rug. He was shot and killed in front of his own mother after being stopped for not having a light. Hate is not in my nature, but I do fucking hate those two bastard fucking cops!

Anywho, if I was in charge and saw this, I'd strip this joker of his POST certification and blackball him so bad, he'll be lucky to get a job cleaning toilets at a fastfood place.

Anyone know of any further punishment to the officer?? I hope something horrible happens to that fuck Ard..... I hope he gets smashed by an 18 wheeler one day.... Mid-sentence...just BLAOW!!!!!! Squish... RIP Victor, and my prayers are with the family. Having a light is for our saftey..but not having one definately doesn't give someone the right...damn shame.
