I mentioned in the previous post that I contacted my council member about the limited locations to obtain bicycle licenses... I received this response this afternoon:

Hello, My name is Jennifer, Field Deputy to
Council member Huizar. I was forwarded an email from you by Council member Huizar's Deputy Chief of Staff, to inquire on why
bicycle registration is not available online and if the Los Angeles
Police Department will soon be providing new registration sites that are more convenient for bike owners.

I have contacted all the appropriated departments and hope to have new information to share with you very soon. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.
