Hello all! I share a big victorian house in Angelino Heights neighborhood of Echo Park with 2 other people and we are looking for a housemate. I've been scrounging around the usual places and have come up empty so far. So I thought I'd ask around here! The house is really cool, huge space, lots of amenities. Big back yard, bbq, hammock, pool table, washer/dryer. $1125/mo. Email me at roconnormd at gmail dot com for more info or check out my add on
Craig's List .

Is the place dog friendly?

Yeah, dog friendly. I have a 3 yr old Aussie and the back yard is huge.
Yeah, that's $1125/mo each person. The house is $4500/mo and we are splitting it four ways. It seems like a lot but the place is huge and price for what you get you can not beat.

I grew up with Pavetheplanet and one of his roommates, so I can vouch for them that they are great peeps. Someone should snap this up.

is there any possibility of fitting five people in there if i were to split a room with another willing person? it would be less rent for everyone.
ps: i like to organize, cook and clean.

Thanks, but no go.
I'll keep my eye and my down payment on a cheapie that, perhaps someone was murdered in and is now haunted.
Nothing like being the first person to make a purchase on the house that's been on the market for 30 years, and went through 60 residents!!
The quest to establish a permanent foothold in the basin continues.

Hey Marino, thanks for asking. I am officially in the ranks of the unemployed once they transfer or discharge the last few patients in the hospital. There's eight patients left in the hospital right now and it looks like they will all be gone monday or tuesday.
I imagine that not having a job will increase my free time tremendously. Expect to see me on a lot more rides.
