100 Mile Training Ride

Ride, 70-100 miles. Planning to ride to the Montrose group ride in So Pas at a very easy pace, do the ride, then ride home. Back by noon probably.

Leaving from Tropical in Silverlake at 7 a.m. sharp.

This is a training ride for the upcoming race season and parts of it will be very hard.

Write me at fasterbetterstronger@gmail.com if you want to roll, or if you're interested in racing. Would like to help anybody cross over into lycra land who is interested.

 First Montrose........then Rosebowl (Tues/Thurs) in the spring/summer, finally you'll be shaving your legs. All that work until the end of November, only to start again in January. A roadie life is hard but more power who do it year after year. Good Luck!

You might have to wear Lycra that the weekly Montrose ride. Now is a good time to start since everyone is just gearing up for the race season which should start in a couple of weeks.

 Yes is the easy answer. To nitpick though, Lycra is a brandname of spandex, which is the material that all bike shorts are made from.
