Broken foot clinic?

A fellow rida may have broken his foot a few days ago. He doesn't have insurance and I'm trying to find an economic way to be looked by the doctor.
I'd rather not deal with the county hospital. It's chaotic and it takes all day.

 county hospital is the way to go for someone uninsured, broken bones need x rays and a referral to ortho. Bring a book and don't bother avoiding the people who cough,
