Just an FYI to anybody who might be in the market...REI in Manhattan Beach has a shitload of Ortlieb panniers on sale. I didn't really inspect them too closely, but they looked to be about $50 cheaper than they typically go for.

These really are great waterproof panniers, so if you're looking...might be worth checking out!

I HIGHLY recommend Ortlieb! How much are they going for? Which type?? The BikePacker Plus got me all across the country!

I got mine for 80 bucks, which is half price, from Hollywood Pro. They were clearance from the previous year.

REI might be an option since their return policy is uber liberal.
