This is how I got my 'Sultan'. Chrome has always had this backdoor sale thing, but the inventory changes frequently. It's a good idea to check a couple times a month to see what pops up.

try getting someone to reply to an email or call you back.
idk if its just my luck but they wont work with me about my bag.
my stitchings coming apart and i need a new buckle for the part of a strap.
its frustrating when companies pull that shit.

Timbuk II was pretty cool to me after I had hit by a car. They replaced the reflectors, stability strap, and shoulder pad for free. It's not much, but it's something.

You may wanna try looking at a survival store for the plastic clips... Thats what I did...

i had a friend who went to a car junk yard. found a buckle he liked and replaced it with that. think of all the possibilities available

and it came with reflectors.
