Hi,
My name is Marcus. You might know me from the parties you danced/puked on at a magical place called The Hotbox... or maybe you've never been to the best bikehouse in LA :)... Well, Richie (CRANK MOB leader) and I are looking to rent out the couches for the next month for very cheap
(THE RENT IS $300 for now til 7/31) in order to make our rent for a month.
The format is this: you and about 8 others on couches and floor in an awesome 1,000 sf warehouse/studio. You'd have access to an amazing, newly-built shower, full bathroom, a little room to store your belongings, and within a few weeks, we'll complete a nice kitchen. It will be just like when you crashed on a couch after one of our parties, except you wont have to ride home to brush your teeth! :)
Basically, if you are looking to live very cheaply and enjoy a social climate and community spirit, we are the place for you. $300 to crash in a bikehouse!

$300 EACH! Hopefully as many as we can fit, we'll cap it at 10 though.
It includes the use of all the space, indoor and out, as much as you can. We're looking to have the wood/metal shop running by then, the outside is a 2,400 sf chill zone, we can have small parties if you'd like, maybe a housewarming party for 10!
