You know what's funny is this happens a lot in Japan where commuters sometimes find a unlocked bike and they'll use it but normally return it to the same spot they found it. *Normally when someone is in a rush and they need to get somewhere quick*

Its not outright theft and the guy gave all the necessary info to to return the bike. I say good job for being honest but FAIL for inconveniencing the bike owner. What if he was late for something too?
If and when the bike is returned I would politely demand $20 for bike rental and a six-pack of beer for pain and suffering.

yeah i asked around the building and they said the guy picked up the phone after a whole day and it turned out he was a tweeker.So when he came back he had some long tweeker story explaning why he couldnt pick up his phone or check his voicemails.Can anyone guess why?
