medical use oxygen tanks

i came across some 5lb oxygen tanks that are supposed to be used for emergencies where resuscitation is needed.
out of curiousity, what are the dangers of using it?
I can't find an expiration date or anything.

i have a nonrebreather mask if you need it. you gotta supply your own hose.

yeah. theyre all like 80% full and i have like 20 of them.

theres a warning on it that says that if i use for more than 5 hours, i can get poisoned. but 5hrs for who? for people that have trouble breathing? like if i use it, can i go for 5hrs or will i die within 20 minutes?

they all have masks and hoses attached to them.
im sure it sounds completely retarded but i kinda wanna find the biggest hill in my area, climb till im gonna black out and then use the oxygen and see if it helps. i wanna do it but, you know, i don't wanna die and all.

keep them and any high pressure tank upright. If they are under pressure and the seal is some how released, it will most likely shoot off like a torpedo.
