It's 2009!

Get up off that couch. Stop your moaning. Get on your bike and ride!


Meet Santa Monica Pier at the Cannon 3:00pm
Ride 3:30pm

No excuses!

Start the new year off right.

Route. Riding around SM, Venice, MDR and vicinity.

 If I catch the redline from the valley to Highland and Hollywood, then ride to Santa Monica at 2pm will I make it there by 3?

 Yes you can just ride Highland down to Santa Monica Blvd and take it all the way to the pier. It should take you 40 minutes.

You can also throw your bike on the 704 bus on Santa Monica Blvd and get to the pier as well. The bus ride is about 30 mins.

 ^^ 10 min difference... so just ride. it's not that bad getting there. there's like one hill and a bunch of slopes. really scenic too. i love how you see LA change from hollywood, through west hollywood, to santa monica.
