what up Ridazzzz. I'd like to hear some comments about the site... is it doing the right things, functionally speaking is our events calendar confusing? are there things you'd like to see implemented or made easier.... I have some ideas going on in my head but I'd like to hear some feedback from the Ridazz out there......... go ahead. lay it on thick. we have thick skin.

Hmm, it's not a big deal but it'd be more convenient having the picture gallery go in descending order instead.

it is good thing
but a clicky clicky link that would tell me who wants to ride to field and play some soccer would be nice
oh internet, you are wonderful

What about having the fuctionality of sending people messages?
I think the Rides/Events is a little confusing- I think bikeboom has it down as far as that goes.

yeah messages would be great and yes bikeboom has a good calendar system... I might just switch this format to what they got after all.....

I like the format of Rides/ Events. I know about BikeBoom, so if I want that format, I can go there. This one feels more personal. I guess you could please everyone if you just had a link to BikeBoom at the top of the Rides/ Events page.

I wish this thing had a calendar grid programmed in it... then we'd be in business.......

the user list at the bottom of the page is really unnecessary. i think if there us a user search feature, that would definitely be sufficient.
Also, the "Recent Gallery" bar on the right doesnt make much sense. If I want to view images, I click the "Gallery" link on the upper tool bar which works just fine.
I guess what I am getting at is to make the site a bit more clean and easy to read. Right now it is overpowered by links left and right.
Does this make sense? Anyway, just some suggestions and see you at the pier!

How about a little more contrast/bigger font for writing so we don't strain our eyes. I agree with Scary about the recent gallery bar on the right.
Let's start swarming

great comments guys. changes coming soon. keep the suggestions coming. someday this site will morph into a very functional tool. it just takes time.... and some programming....

I think it would be fun if we could comment on the pics in the gallery. That way we could all share in the good memories, and the bad ones too, I guess.

dear web gods and goddesses,
I am writing to inquire if the old topics could please be deleted. This would ease confusion on new ridazz as to what has already happened and what is about to go down.
sincerely,
toph

I'd like to "edit my ride" but this feature doesn't seem too intuitive.

click " edit my rides" in the top left corner once you login.

argh. something is wrong.... sorry lemme fix that shit

Great! In fact you fixed it so well that I no longer need to edit my ride. The problem I was having which caused me to want to edit my ride in the first place was that when you clicked "read more" the remainder of the message wasn't displaying. Now it is. And the "edit my rides" button works as well. But it doesn't show the nice html hints that are in the original "add a ride" page. And thats where I thought I got over zealous when I originally edited the post. Oh well. thanks.

Since no one else has, let me point out the obvious. The Ridazz Poll is pretty much useless unless you require people to log in to cast a vote and then you have to keep track of the voters so that people don't stuff the ballot box. Otherwise, like the red/blue/gold Lines you operate on the honor system and trust that everyone plays by the rules. Which I'm sure all the Midnight Ridazz do of course. Also its probably not a good idea to let people view the results until they've voted since otherwise all these independent thinkers may be unduly influenced.
I just love polls and surveys, don't you?

god help us if someone thinks the poll is that serious. Hahah

Hey, I got a suggestion:
How about you put a comment area underneath the description of each upcoming ride where you click on it and you read the details. There coud be a comment section below. No big deal. I know we can comment in the forums, but it's just easier to find. See you at the next one.
Great job with the site! RIDE ON!
