columbia missouri is considering a ban on bike "harassment"
what a fucking relief that would be ... i don;t think they know what they are doing though ... i'd be calling the cops on the average once every 20 or 30 miles because being bullied by cars is really that common.

What the pro-bike guy on the show is talking about is like idaho's laws that apply differently to bikes ... such as yeilding at 4-way stops instead of stopping.

Basically follwing the rules that would be established if roads were made for bikes and not cars.
