Electric Bikes

Does anyone have any experience riding these - or - does anyone know of any local dealers.

Currently, I'm fascinated with these:

I could have sworn they go much faster than 18 MPH, but perhaps they can be tweaked.(?)

If anyone has any experience with electric bikes or knows of any other online resources, please post them.

 Just get yourself a fixed gear. i heard battery powered bikes later loose there ability to recharge the battery and cant hold the charge after a period of time.
