Eight Inch is the new Kilo TT

Frame + fork + headset + seat tube + seat tube clamp for $150 and free shipping. The specs on the frame are pretty good too (4130, decent geometry, 5lb frame).

 still not as a good of deal. you have to then spend at least another 150$ on wheels. then you still need cranks BB chanring cog lockring chain pedals and handlebars.

 You can get a much better wheelset than what comes with the Kilo for $115:

You can build a much much better bike than the Kilo TT for $400 with this frameset.

 What a ripoff. The Velo Saddles on this site are $49.50... This guy in Long Beach

his myspace here

has the same ones for only $20.00
