 Most bike shops can order you one if you ask. Freight is sometimes a bitch.

 Don't get a cheap shitty one like that have a schools. There kinda useless when locking your bike up properly.

Maybe hire a shop to build you one that looks like a coffee cup or something.

 I would say hire some local welders to do it. You could get what you want and you're supporting the local economy. I've seen some really great looking bike racks downtown LB. These are built to hang the bike from the seat. I'll see if I can get some pics in the next couple of days, and I'll show you what I'm talking about. They're really a simple design.
