There is a new national cyclist community website where riders can post/view group rides in their city. It's also great for visitors from out of town to find rides. Feel free to post your club/team rides on our website. It's a great free tool to promote rides.

good thing you did.

I didn't stop eating twix candy bars. But, I haven't eaten a twix candy bar since I was somewhere around 15, when I lived in Chino.

I did start eating parathas. I learned how to make them at home. Such a wonderful food.

I wish one of you could hand me a new hub for the front wheel on my fuji tourer. That would be nice. But, I am so far away, and by the time you could mail it, I will have bought one.

Can I tell you what I had for dinner tonight?

Okay...

I had cabbage.

I cut some cabbage into long strips. Then, I heated up a bit of olive oil. Next, I added the cabbage. Then I splashed in some soy sauce and sesame seeds. And then, I put in a sprinkle of sesame oil.

mmmmm.
