so i'm leaving to Brasil soon for a month probably
and i'm bringing my bicycle with me.

Customer Louis says: any additional charge if its marked FRAGILE?
Customer Louis says: or can it be marked fragile?
Agent Guillermo says: It can be marked as Fragile, and there is no additional cost for putting a fragile tag.
Customer Louis says: IF any case it gets lost do you guys cover it?
Agent Guillermo says: Customer Service will evaluate that.
Customer Louis says: ok

Pack it yourself. Trust me on that one. Other than that you should be fine, assuming the bike goes on the same plane as you do, especially if it's a nonstop flight.

well yeah imma put it in a box myself and what not.

well its not a direct flight either.
