bike industry jobs in irvine

I applied for this job twice in the last 2 years.
He won't talk to me because I don't have "industry experience", whatever their definition of that they are going by.
I know graphic design inside out, so what "industry experience" do they want, exactly? He (I won't mention his name) couldn't tell me!
Seems like a real hard ass, and the fact that they are hiring the 3rd person for this job in 2 years suggests its not a pleasant place to work at. That or the last two people didn't have enough "industry experience"!
Plus, it's way down in south Irvine.
