positive action after bike summit

The summit was 2 hours long. Probably 10 minutes of that was spent talking about a statewide helmet law. I don't like the idea either, but I thought it might be nice if people were putting effort into something positive. Infrastructure, education, outreach, whatever. Please, just don't kill the momentum we've got by preparing for a battle that may never actually have to be fought.

Personally, I would like to see Rita Robinson doing her job and painting bike lanes. You?
