So yesterday along Santa Monica Blvd just west of the 405 this dude decided to make a right turn and cut me off... nothing out of the usual, except I was hauling ass. I so thought I was going over his hood.. it was kinda funny because I could hear his girlfriend scream although her window was up... I got lucky... I think I just bumped his passenger side door and he stopped... I stopped and yelled at him for a second(very shaken up...). I felt bad after... He was very apologetic, and I know people make mistakes sometimes... Anyway, be careful out there!

 Sounds like a close call! I feel that people, mainly motorists, can judge the speed of a pedestrian, or a car... but a bike is somewhere in the middle and even when they know you're there they STILL suck ass at judging/predicting your speed.

 I ride there everyday for my commute and I always take it easy. It's usually backed up because of the freeway on/off ramps and people get reckless trying to move ahead.
