Help expand CicLAvia

In Bogota Colombia, every Sunday, the city closes 80 MILES!!!! of streets - and folks just bike and walk. Help make this happen in L.A.

The first CicLAvia last October was big - 60,000 people. We're planning to expand in 2011 - with 3-4 events - the first in April 2011. We're looking for volunteers interested in helping expand CicLAvia north south east and west (more or less: Chinatown/NELA, South L.A., Boyle Heights, and Mid-City) and even further over time (westside, valley, harbor, and the rest of the known universe.)
