Are you a cyclist or pedestrian that was involved in a collision and felt you received inadequate treatment by the police or the justice system?

This can include poor response time and little or no follow up on hit and run crimes from detectives whether you were a pedestrian hit by a car in or out of a crosswalk (marked or unmarked) or hit on a bicycle by a car.

I am working with a group of cyclists and pedestrians on an action plan aimed at changing the landscape in Los Angeles when it comes to protection of vulnerable users who have a right to use the road.

This action is not supported or sponsored by any official organization, it won't require any dues or sign up or fees. It is NOT a protest or any kind of attempt at civil disobedience. It is simply a 3 part plan to submit public comment with articulate specific asks to 3 bodies of government. LAPD, the City Council and the DA. We are mobilizing within the next 3 weeks.

Please contact me if you want to be involved. We need lots of bodies and 3-6 articulate coordinated speakers. Join the group and make a difference on our streets.

I used to be a refresh junkie, but it seems the action has drifted over to faceplant.
I still check in here, but now it's once a day.

Oh, I have not been a victim of hit 'n run...knock on wood.

Awesome.

A face shaven and tidy Atomic Paul makes this completely worth it!

Facefuck definitely destroyed a lot of online culture. Sadly. Not sure what to do about that....
