Come on man lets see some hip fixies in Amsterdam! Not the lame ass normal stuff. I want to see single speed bikes with no brakes on the damp streets of Amsterdam damn it! On cobble stone streets would be worth extra points!
Oh yeah, don't forget to do the cultural stuff there, or what passes for cultural stuff. One of my favs was the torture museum. www.torturemuseum.com They should have the display of fluffazz riding in a MR ride there by now too!!!

I saw exactly one fixed gear bike and one roadbike during the week I was there.... it's pretty rare. they ride beater dutch bikes and look sexy doing it

...yes, you can always get an Americano if you're prepared to explain what it is, but sometimes it's better just to order what the locals order. Either a cup of drip coffee or a double espresso. Coffee and bikes!

I had the surgeon cut my nose off completely. Now there are just two elongated holes in the middle of my face. Who needs a nose anyway? It's just extra weight to carry up hills. Plus, now I feel a more Zen-like connection with the air I breathe. But you guys with noses wouldn't understand.
