$7mil project for seasonal birds and equestrian trail and bike paths.

I go to csudh and domiguez is way better than compton. ok, not by much, but still. its no compton

I usually drop and pick up containers off of the corner of Wilmington and Charles Willard.

I'm still somewhat surprised that, that university is right near all that industrial/commercial frontage.
